About
About Me
I work with high-functioning individuals who are outwardly successful but internally stuck — in decision-making, recurring patterns, or periods of sustained pressure where effort and insight are no longer sufficient.
My work is advisory and consultative in nature. It focuses on understanding the behavioral and cognitive structures that shape decisions, performance, and long-term stability — particularly under complexity, uncertainty, or sustained responsibility.

Background & Perspective
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist by training, with more than two decades of international clinical and academic experience across Europe and Eastern Europe. I hold the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) and have worked extensively with professionals, executives, founders, and senior specialists facing anxiety, overthinking, attachment-related patterns, and high-stakes decision-making.
Alongside individual work, I have delivered psychological consulting, workshops, and supervision for organizations — primarily in technology and IT — on topics including decision-making under pressure, emotional regulation, burnout prevention, and sustainable performance.
This background informs my advisory work today: structured, analytical, evidence-based, and grounded in real-world complexity rather than theory alone.
My Work in the United States
In the United States, including California, I work exclusively in a consulting and coaching capacity.
My advisory work draws on international clinical expertise but is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment. Sessions are focused on:
– behavioral and cognitive pattern analysis
– decision-making under complexity
– internal conflict affecting execution
– clarity, self-regulation, and long-term stability
Engagements are private-pay, selective, and time-bounded.
Professional Affiliations
I am an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association and a full member of the Polish Federation for Psychotherapy. I am also a Co-Founder of the EMDR Psychotherapists’ Association of Armenia and Vice-President and Co-Founder of the Armenian Scientific-Educational Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
These roles reflect long-term involvement in professional education, ethical standards, and the development of evidence-based psychological practice.
Research & Intellectual Interests
My research interests include:
– neurobiology of anxiety and stress
– cognitive and behavioral regulation under pressure
– Bayesian approaches to cognitive systems
– decision-making and psychosemantics
– integration of CBT, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence
I am the author and co-author of more than 50 scientific papers and nine books in psychology, psychotherapy, and related fields.
This research background informs the way I think — not as theory, but as a framework for clarity.
Languages & Scope
I work internationally in English, Armenian, Polish, and Russian.
My advisory work is designed for individuals who are psychologically stable, self-reflective, and willing to take responsibility for change — particularly when decisions carry real consequences.
Regulatory Note
In the United States, psychological consulting and coaching services do not constitute psychotherapy or mental health treatment and are provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
