Strategic behavioral consulting for high-functioning individuals facing complex decisions, persistent patterns, or internal blocks that no longer resolve through effort or insight alone.
I work with founders, executives, senior professionals, and creative leaders who are outwardly successful – but internally stuck in decision-making, direction, relationships, or performance.
This is not therapy.

Sessions are offered at a professional consulting rate.
Current rate: $350 per session
Scope and frequency are discussed individually.

I am a psychologist by training with more than two decades of international clinical, academic, and consulting experience. My work today is advisory in nature and focused on how people think, decide, and act under pressure.
I work primarily with high-functioning individuals – founders, executives, senior specialists, and professionals – who are outwardly effective but internally constrained by recurring patterns, overanalysis, or unresolved decision points.
